How drone skill chip costs work
Each row is one level upgrade
The level 0 row is the cost to upgrade from 0 to 1, level 1 is the cost from 1 to 2, and so on through the level 9 to 10 upgrade.
Range totals sum the rows between your levels
Choosing level 0 to level 5 sums the 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 rows. The target level itself is not double-counted.
